Chill-laxing Lake Style
JoyMaster Nancy lives on a lake and her tiny teddy bears are just chillaxing doing everything our family loves to do. The sailboats, kayak and Adirondack chair make for a perfect sunny day at the lake. There are glow in the dark rocks as the shore rocks, so this Magic Garden is fun at night, too. The buoys are made from wine corks from our time at the lake. We traded out the Belize/Ocean Magic Garden to a Lake Magic Garden so you can see it’s simple to change a garden theme. If you go to a lake cabin, create that. Love a lake restaurant? Create that. Include things you like to do at the lake, like jet-skiing or horseshoes. The more custom, the more fun!

Cork bouys are made with wine corks, paint, brushes, clear coat, Sharpies and a toothpick (if needed to make them stand). These simple garden extras are also used in the playground are made in less than 20 minutes.

1Paint the Corks: Paint the corks with acrylic paint – any color that will be used in your Magic Garden.

2 Draw the Design: Use Sharpies and draw a lake or ocean buoy design.

3Clear Coat: If you are going to keep the corks outside all the time, it would be best to put a clear protective coat once finished.
